2. Products & Pricing

  • All product images, descriptions, and prices are listed to the best of our accuracy.

  • We reserve the right to update prices and product details without prior notice.

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and may add other payment options in the future.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

  • Orders between 1 KG to 10 KG will incur a fixed Overland Shipping Fee of PKR 1500.

  • Shipping charges may vary for other products or remote areas.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Products once delivered are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

  • If your product is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with proof (photo/video).

  • Pest control solutions are sensitive products, and misuse will void any return claim.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logo, images, text, design) is the property of Pest Knock and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Pest Knock is not responsible for improper use of our products.
